You may sell or give away items with our designs on but you are not permitted to alter them in any way other than resizing.

By purchasing these designs you have the licence to sew them on items but Copyright will always remain with Evermore.

If you have been given these designs or purchased them from somebody other than sites I have authorised or linked with, you have violated the law and will be prosecuted accordingly.

If you have shared these designs on, sold them, altered them or duplicated them to share or sell on, this is a violation of copyright laws and you will be prosecuted accordingly.

You must not share or accept these designs in any way, snailmail, email, any internet related file sharing peers other than purchasing them correctly.

My designs are extremely fairly priced so:  BE FAIR DO NOT SHARE.

As always please do a test sew before beginning your final project, we cannot be held responsible for any type of loss or damage as a result of using these designs.
